Unreliable. They rescheduled my appointment 3 times within 24hrs of my appointment. But if you're 5 minutes late they won't accept you in the lobby. The nurses are rude, condescending and talk down to you. I would never be allowed to treat people like they do at my job, so the fact that they do is astounding

Dr. Bultemeyer is wonderful. She spent so much time with me and my husband discussing my diagnosis. She was incredibly thorough and spent time explaining possible medications, including risks and benefits, as well as clinical data on success rates of different medications. I never felt rushed, and she is very easy to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone, and I am thankful to have her caring for me.

My visit was excellent! As soon as I walked through the door, the receptionist greeted me and asked if I had any changes. She quickly noted my changes and sent me to the waiting room. I no more than had time to find me a seat, I was called to wait in an exam room for Karen. She was in the room fairly quickly. She was helpful and courteous with all of my needs. She got the job done quickly and thoroughly. The checkout went smoothly, and the next appointment was made.

Had a 3 pm appointment, arrived at 2:50 and checked in downstairs. Was then sent up to second floor. I waited there for 15 minutes, then got called up to reschedule because i was not there at 2:30, yet my appointment was at 3. I am disabled in a wheelchair , and rely on others to get where i need to be. The ride service was not able to get me there early, but i was on time. I did not reschedule , and will not. I refuse to because i was belittled and descrimanted against becase i was in a chair and disabled. How are u going to punish the guy in a wheelchair for not being early? I am also filling a complant with the Americans with disabilitys.

I recently saw Dr. Andrea Haller for symptoms I have experienced for over 2 years. She was thorough in her exam and immediately ordered additional testing at my initial appointment to help diagnose and rule out medical conditions. I am very impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail. I was very nervous about my appointment due to not knowing what to expect, but I know I am in good hands with Dr. Haller.

We were efficiently registered and directed to the waiting area and shortly escorted to an exam room. Both staff members were very personable and cheerful. Dr. Stevens was very efficient and professional but quite approachable and readily answered questions and outlined a plan for further investigation of my husband's difficulty. My husband came away with hope, as did I. The waiting area and staff were careful of our desire for pandemic precautions, since we are older adults.

At my most recent appointment, my wife and I were treated with the respect that we have come to expect when we visit this office. NP Springer is an attentive professional. Our question and concerns were heard and addressed.
